Warranty & Exchange
1-to-1 Exchange Policy.
Our policy is effective for 7 days from the date of delivery. After 7 days, any claims will be deemed invalid.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Packaging and items must be returned (eg. boxes, screws, nuts, chair parts, lumbar support, neck rest, and plastic packaging).
Criteria for 1-to-1 exchange.
-Product doesn't fit the description.
How to make a 1-to-1 exchange?
Please submit your claims in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. You must provide us clear images or videos of the defect and invoice receipt. We will analyze whether you are eligible for our exchange and contact you within 3-5 business days. If your exchange is approved, a date will be set for you to come down to do a 1-to-1 exchange. Hayclon reserve the right to determine whether the exchange may be eligible.
3 Years Warranty
What is covered in the warranty?
Components malfunction such as lighting, hydraulic, armrest, tilting mechanism.
What is NOT covered in the warranty?
Wear and tear of PU leather overtime, including cut, scratches, or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or other act of nature.
Damage of the product caused by unauthorized modification.
Damage during self-assembly upon failure to follow the instruction manual provided.
We will not be responsible for any cause of death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
Hayclon reserve the right to determine whether the warranty is eligible and whether a part should be replaced or repaired.
Any repair or replacement is limited to defective parts only.
The warranty only applies to the original customer with a valid invoice receipt.
The warranty is effective from the date of delivery.
You will be responsible for your own delivery for warranty claims and 1-to-1 exchange.
